Relational Practices

Relational practices in times of uncertainty and change – aspects of a life-supporting culture

We’re living in an era of uncertainty and ambiguity, leaving many of us with feelings of suspense and anxiety. The world is changing rapidly and unpredictably 🌍⚡️— on individual, societal, and global levels, it’s more complex and interconnected than ever and often hard to untangle. We’re challenged to adapt and find orientation in the midst of these turbulent waters together.🤝

So what relational practices enable us to (re)claim our agency and come alive together?
When there’s a call for maturing, responsible individuals who accept the challenge to shape the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible? 💖
What culture do we want to co-create so that we can connect deeply with each other in a time of social polarization and fragmentation?
What soil do we want our collective relational roots to grow into when it sometimes feels like a storm is tugging at our leaves?🍃
In this workshop I’d like to share some thoughts 💡 and tap into some easy-to-use practices with you that I think are part of an answer to these questions. 🛠️

About Arne

Arne Drews is an integrative Body and Gestalt therapist, Nature-Integrative coach and facilitator of present-based communication practices like Authentic Relating. He loves aimlessly roaming the land, immersing himself in birdsong and in the sense of aliveness that comes from connecting deeply with both people and silence. He is fascinated by what can emerge when we show up vulnerably, cultivate ownership and trust in the ‘being with’. He is an imperfect being who embraces the lessons found in the delicate balance between sovereignty and intimacy.
